The QDD-400G-SR8-S is a 400GBASE-SR8 optical transceiver module designed for use over parallel OM4 multi-mode fiber with a maximum reach of 100 meters. Featuring an MTP/MPO-16 connector, it operates using eight wavelengths with multiplexing and demultiplexing handled within the module. It complies with IEEE 802.3bs standards and supports 400GAUI-8/CEI-56G-VSR-PAM4 protocols. Additionally, it enables functionality for 2Ɨ 200G-SR4 and 8Ɨ 50G-SR modes.

Note: The FS part number (P/N) has been updated from QSFPDD-SR8-400G to QDD-SR8-400G. The product remains unchanged aside from the updated identifier.
