Terms And Conditions

a) All Rentals made by Compulease Networks to its customers, are subject to its Terms and Conditions.

b) Customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions shall be made through a Valid Purchase Order either faxed / emailed. and promises to issues any further
Extensions if Continued on rental The Purchase Order should always carry the valid Quotation reference ID offered to you.

b.1) Rental Extension : Any of the Rental Extension to be provided to Compulease Networks as a right till such time the Rental products are returned to Compulease Networks and shall not be in any way liable to any issues pertaining at the Clients Customer related issues and Compulease has no say in any matters pertaining to the issues between the Client and his arrangement with their customers .

c) All prices are subject to change with prior notice & will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance by Compulease. Order acceptance

d) Prices on Lead time deliveries are not guaranteed. Additional fee may apply in accordance with Compulease’ s policies in effect on the date of shipment.

e) Purchaser to bear applicable State, Municipal & other governmental taxes (such as Sales, Services etc.) unless otherwise specified

f) Rental Billing Billing by Monthly Basis OR AS AGREED UPON , includes all Sundays, General & Govt. Holidays (Treated 1 Month = 30 Days, Billing Cycle Starts from the immediate Date of Dispatch in Effect)

g) Damages : Any physical damages to the equipment’s, while in use during the rental Period or due to bad power maintenance, the client to assure and hold the responsibility to recover the damages.

Billing Cycle will not be affected due to Equipment’s Breakdown and the Rental Transaction will still be active until the equipment’s will be returned back in Good Working Condition. If any Repair / Maintenance (Major or Minor in nature) Client should hold the responsibility. However, Dell Technologies can support in resolving the damages and the cost for the process will be billed to client claiming the damages.

The Rental Goods will be shipped to the customer in excellent packed condition , any damages in the shipping shall be intimated to the supplier by the customer on receipt of the goods in 12 hrs. from the receipt of the goods , it is Advised to the customers to retain the original packing supplied , repack the items shipped in the same packing to avoid damages to the items during the shipment and be extra cautious to ensure proper packing of the goods

h) Support: Integration Support in terms of connectivity solutions for these WAN networks can be rendered on prior intimation along with the Technical Report / Write-up with necessary Layout Diagrams & complete IT Infrastructure currently being operated in the premises. Info on the additional assistance from IT team that can be provided by the client will be appreciated for our better planning and executions. Please request for a separate quote on Support Activities

Services Offered on Maintenance Contract

AMC Duration           :          12 Month Cycle or as per understanding

Response Time        :           Within 8 Hrs. from the Time of Support Enquiry

AMC Tickets             :           Any of the AMC Hardware issues has to be Raised as a ticket  and the details mailed to Support@rentalnetworks.com carrying clearly the details such as 

1. serial numebr of the product ,
2. part number ,
3. Make , 

                                                Reason in Brief of the problem  or the failure and all support to be provided in trouble shooting of the product is needed remotely.

Terms of AMC :        :          All AMC Bound  products at the Beginning of the AMC contract the Show version or the proof of working to be provided as a show version of the product showing 

                                               the serial number of the Sub items  in the product being covered under this  contract.

Standby                   :          Standby Materials (Used) on the listed Models will be provided based on stock availability  In case of Non-Availability of the Part Nos. Nearest or Alternate Equipment’s

                                             comprising the technical requirements will be provided along with accessories. any items Replaceable .

AMC Returns           :         All product under the AMC contract when Found Dead May be replaced  or repaired based on the needs and speeds and Replaced a site  or the DEAD items be returned

                                             back to Compulease Networks as Dead items and the ownership of the Dead items  lies with Compulease Networks.

AMC Limitations       :       The products under AMC contract is applicable for the products which undergo normal ware and tear under standard Normal  working condition and does not apply for

                                              any damages arise due to physical mishandling /  damages / electrical burn outs and other God made Acts

Software                  :          Contract does not include Sale / Updating Software related products, that are termed as IOS/IP+/Encryption Software/VPN Software etc..

                                             Support will be rendered in Uploading / Configuring Equipments with Software’s, on the products (software related) provided with due authentication from the client

                                             only.

Transport                  :         The AMC Charges stands still for the services provided in Bangalore only. Extra at actual  will be charged for the service provided outside Bangalore.

Support                     :         Integration Support in terms of connectivity solutions for the Work group Networks can be  Write-up with necessary Layout Diagrams & complete IT Infrastructure

                                             currently being rendered on prior  Integration Support in terms of connectivity solutions for the Workgroup Networks can be rendered on prior intimation along with the

                                             Technical Report /Write-up with necessary Layout Diagrams & complete IT  Infrastructure currently being operated in the premises. Info on the additional assistance

                                             from   IT team that can be provided by the client will be appreciated for our better planning and executions.

Support                     :        Non Comprehensive Support limited spares maintenance and supply only any repairs or replacements  will be extra 24x7x4. (Non – Comprehensive AMC includes, Only

                                             spare . The replacement of all spare will be with extra cost.)

Terms of Maintenance Contract :

Payment           :           Quarterly or AS AGREED  along with the confirmed purchase order

Validity             :           10 days from the date of confirmed order

Purchase Order :         Order should be placed along with the product’s Complete Technical Details, Specs & Configs

Contract           :           AMC Agreement should be mutually agreed & signed by both the parties

Delivery                                   :           All Stocked products are same day shipping in 24 hrs. and Rest Delivery in 6 to 8 days or earlier on both INR and USD Billing                   

Transportation           :           Shipping charges to Destination at Extra Cost or Free shipping  On your Account.

4. Purchaser to bear applicable State, Municipal & other governmental taxes (such as Sales, Services etc.) unless otherwise specified which may change from time to time.

5. Product Warranty: All Supplied goods & Services are Warranted  for Working . for the minimum duration of 30 days and or more based on the products and Agreements , but will be void if

        tampered  proof seals are broken  ,.  Compulease makes no warranties, whatsoever. Compulease’ s obligation in the event of Non-working the same shall be the repair or replacement of

        defective products. but not applicable to Damages Due to Mishandling  / Onward Transport /  Electrical Burnouts , / or improper Software Upgrade procedures Compulease makes no

        warranty, other than those specifically set forth.

6. Failure or delay from Compulease to execute the order under these terms and conditions shall not operate as a price waiver there of neither accepts on any other subject to penalty

        clauses if accepted at the time of accepting the order.

7. Sales offered by Compulease are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.

8. Integration Support in terms of connectivity solutions for these WAN networks can be rendered on prior intimation along with the Technical Report / Write-up with necessary Layout

        Diagrams & complete IT Infrastructure currently being operated in the premises. Information on the additional assistance from your IT team that can be provided by you, will be appreciated

        by Team Compulease or our better planning and executions.
