Eligibility for Returns

New Products – Warranty ( 1 Year )
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 07 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including:

- All accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Serial numbers matching our records
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built or configured equipment
- Software licenses once activated
- Opened consumables like cables or batteries
- Clearance or refurbished items (unless defective)
Refurbished Products – Warranty ( 90 Days – Unless Extended Warranty is applicable )
- Timeframe: Products must be returned within 07 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Serial numbers matching our records
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built or configured equipment
- Software licenses once activated
- Opened consumables like cables or batteries
- Clearance or refurbished items (unless defective)
Process for Returns
- Request Authorization:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping:
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RMA number and a copy of your invoice inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA approval email.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7ā10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement item is not available, we will process a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products

Restocking Fee
